Mindfulness is paying attention, on purpose, without judgement. Mindfulness helps slow things down so that we can be more intentional and responsive, instead of reacting. Join this session to explore mindfulness practice tips and ways that to be mindful without always having to “do” mindfulness. Included in the session is a simple art project for the whole family. Supplies available if needed (Supply pickups are at Hill Avenue Branch Library). Presented by Young & Healthy.
