Under the guidance of a culinary instructor, students would be cooking from their home and utilizing what they have on hand. Basic cooking techniques will be covered with a focus on flavor. The first lesson will end with a challenge for participants to create something on their own and then share their creations the next day. Students should have access to a kitchen and permission to use it.
This is a two part workshop on Monday & Tuesday, July 27-28. Participants must attend both sessions. For teens only.
